How much does a small business website cost?
Website packages range from $650 for a single page up to $3,400+ for larger, more complex projects, with Starter ($1,250) and Growth ($2,100) covering most established local businesses. See the packages above for exactly what's included at each level.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
Not necessarily. Qualifying projects can use milestone-based payments (typically 50% to begin and 50% before launch, or a three-part split on larger projects) instead of paying the full cost upfront. Financing is also available through PayPal for clients who'd rather spread their payment out over time.
How long does a website take?
Most small-business websites are designed, built, and launched within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the package and how quickly content and feedback are provided.
Do I own my website after it's built?
Yes. We host your site as part of our service, but you're never locked in. If you ever want to leave, we'll migrate your site to a host of your choice with no migration fees.
Is hosting included?
Hosting is included when you're on an Essential Care, Care Plus, or Growth Care plan. Website builds are priced separately from ongoing hosting and maintenance.
Can you maintain my website after launch?
Yes. Essential Care ($69/mo), Care Plus ($125/mo), and Growth Care ($249/mo) cover backups, security monitoring, updates, and varying levels of ongoing support and SEO attention. See the Care & Maintenance section above for details.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Redesigns are scoped the same way as new builds, based on the package that fits your page count and goals, with a Website Migration add-on if you need your existing content moved over.
Do you work with businesses outside the Tri-Cities?
Yes. While we're based in and focused on the Kennewick, Pasco, and Richland area, we take on remote projects outside the Tri-Cities as well.
Can you help me with SEO?
Yes. Foundational SEO is built into every website package, Growth Care includes ongoing SEO improvements, and standalone SEO services (audits, local SEO setup, monthly SEO campaigns, and more) are available separately, starting at $399/mo for ongoing work.
Can you guarantee I'll rank on Google?
No. No agency can honestly guarantee specific search rankings, since that's ultimately controlled by search engines and changes constantly. What we can guarantee is a technically sound, well-structured, properly optimized site that gives you the best realistic odds.
